instagram app not working on iPhone 12 Pro Max

Yesterday my Instagram app stopped refreshing and cannot access internet on wifi or 4g data. The app is up to date as is the OS. Anyone have a solution for users in the UK.

Instagram is not an Apple Product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Instagram Help Center
