Since the update 13.4.1 (c) airdrop does not work on my MacBook Pro M1.
Screen Time OFF
All settings rechecked though nothing has changed over the last few days.
I send to another iPhone without problems
I cannot drop from my iPhone 13 nor my iPad (both 16.5.1 (c) to my MacBook pro.
I cannot drop from my MacBook to either device.

Airdrop not working in Ventura
if backups from Mac going to Dropbox including downloads....
disconnected downloads folder from being backed up to Dropbox and compare your results.
other possible third-party sync software interference like: OneDrive, GoogleDrive, BackBlaze…

I did all the above and even went one step further.
I restarted in Safe Mode which does support AirDrop.
Still not working.
