Syntax - sorry for the simplicity
I'm relatively new to numbers and the syntax is always a bear for me. This formula is throwing a syntax error. Any possible adjustments to fix this? Thanks for your help!

Remove the ) after Current Year (2023) Fee Structure::B$2
Add ,true,"") to the end of the formula.
For a detailed description of IFS and its syntax, type = in any cell of a table in the open document to open the Functions panel, then type IFS in the search bar at the top of the panel to view a description and examples of the IFS function.

Thanks, Barry. That worked for what I wrote above. I hope you'll be willing to expand since I'm missing a very important factor: I need this cell to choose between two conditions:
If K5 is "current" and L5 is "true; get the value indicated at Current Year Fee Structure worksheet in cell B2
OR ...
If K5 is "upcoming" and L5 is "true; get the value indicated at Upcoming Year Fee Structure worksheet in cell B2
I'm attempting to have the spreadsheet auto populate the fee based on which fee structure the client is assigned to. This must be possible somehow!! Right?
Thanks for looking!
Here's one way of doing what you ask:
The formula shown is entered in cell G2 of Table 1, and filled down to cell G5.
The formula follows the instructions for your two sets of conditions.
Values on the two smaller tables were entered manually, and are set to confirm which cells have been copied to column G of Table 1.

Barry
