Battery capacity

I have had an iPhone 12 with 128gb of storage for 5 months and my battery capacity is already at only 89. What can I do to stop this?

to see if you are treating the battery correctly or torturing try reading this

people report apple does not change the batteries until they are lower than 80% in health
