Does anyone know if and what hearing aids the series 4 watch can connect with? Thanks!

I don't think there is a list specific for Apple Watch, but Apple's Made for iPhone approval list would be a good starting point. In general I would expect the manufacturers for MFi devices to be able to confirm whether they also support Apple Watch, and which models are compatible.

My expectation is that the hearing aids would probably need to connect to the iPhone, and the Apple Watch would function as a remote control for the iPhone audio via Bluetooth, rather like it does when playing music from the iPhone to AirPods or other Bluetooth speakers. I don't think Apple Watch will provide much support for a direct standalone connection to the hearing aids.
