If you have an Amazon device such as a Fire TV stick or a Fire TV, you can add the Apple TV app to that device so you can watch your subscription on that device. However, as Phil0124, explained, you have to subscribe through Apple.

You cannot. Amazon Prime and Apple TV+ are two different subscriptions from 2 different companies they have nothing to do with each other.
