When try to export any type of image from Photos it locks and does not export image. Photos lock when this occur and i need use force quit to close. System is M1 with 13.4.1(c)
I needed to export an image and have had to use iPhone mail to send to myself an email to gain access to JPG of image.

Where is the Photos library located? Where are you trying to export to? How much free space on your drives?
Try doing the same but while running in Safe Mode. Does the same problem occur?
This fault cleared after machine restarted this morning.
Photo library in iCloud. Trying to export one photo (645mbyte) to downloads folder. free space 190.58
from from 245 always worked before worked before 13.4.1 upgrade
Since 13.4.1 upgrade i cannot export images from photos
