My WhatsApp is only working while I’m using Wi-Fi only, but when I’m using data it doesn’t work

Whatsapp isn’t working on mobile data but it’s working through wifi its been showing the same even if I’ve turned on the mobile data also if i turn on the mobile data option in whatsapp and switch to other app the data is turning off by itself
