How to shut off annoying Google sign-in pop-up?

I have not been able to shut off this annoying pop-up from Google (see attached screen shot). This happens on Safari on many sites. I don't use Chrome. I do have a gmail account, but the pop up appears whether I'm signed in or not.

In a December 2022 post, one Apple Community Specialist provided these instructions to turn off the Google pop-up, but I couldn't make this work:

"When you sign in to accounts.google.com

Go to Security.

Find the "Sign in to other sites" section

Click on "Signing in with Google"

Find the "Google Account sign-in prompts" toggle. Turn it off."

This toggle appears to have been removed by Google.

In March, another Specialist posted the same instructions, but I still couldn't find a toggle for "Google Account sign-in prompts" option. Does anyone have an update on how to stop this ? Google blocked users from responding to this question on its community site.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.
