HomeKit Secure Video

I have 4 EufyCam 2C Pro cameras that work with Apple Home. The cameras show up in the Home App but the notifications are very inconsistent. Sometimes they work and sometimes they do not. Sometimes the notifications through the Home App do not work for days. If I restart my Wi-Fi, the notifications start working for awhile but then stop working or become inconsistent. The notifications through the Eufy App work fine. That makes me think there is an issue with Apple. I really want the Apple notifications showing up on my Apple TV but they are very inconsistent. I contacted Eufy and they said the issue is with Apple. Any thoughts? I have tried everything. Removing all the cameras and re-adding, unplugging all my potential Home hubs, etc.
