Your issue is unclear.


As described, the iPad itself is working normally - but is not recognised by your computer when the iPad is connected to it. Your refer to a “reset” - of which there are many possibilities.


Perhaps you can describe precisely what you are attempting to achieve. If the iPad isn’t working, please describe the problem that you are trying to resolve. If you have a attempted a reset, please describe precisely what you did to “reset” your iPad.
