UNREAD TEXT MESSAGES

First, please go to the Messages app. Now, in the top left corner, tap “Edit.” Next, tap “Select Messages” and finally, in the bottom left corner, tap “Read All.”

If that didn’t fix the issue, please have Siri read all unread messages.
