Apps crash when launching

I've recently been having this problem of various unrelated apps crashing while launching. It's so bad I have the Force Quit window permanently open so I can quit the app when it turns red.

The only thing that helps a bit is to reset the PRAM during a restart (opt-cmd-p-r), but that's only temporary as these apps begin to crash again.

Apps that so far regularly crash constantly:

Finder (!)
Pages
Spark Mail

Any tips or troubleshooting advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the report. Someone else will have to review the report. There are so many apps installed, your report is a little like reading War & Peace.

What I can say is I would uninstall AdGuard.

It was bought new direct from Apple in 2019. My big mistake was not setting up my daughter (33 now) with her own account. It seems that every time she visits, there's a sudden increase in App population.

A clean install and creating a new user profile/password for myself, then copying only essentials that are mine only into the new user sounds like the best course. Most of my apps are from the Mac app store, so re-entering license numbers will be a minimum.
