iPhone 8 has no sounds...except

I posted this before 3 months ago but no answer, so trying again. I dropped my iPhone 8 with a case on it on the back deck and no longer get sounds from texts or phone calls coming in. Camera or keyboard sounds also don't work. When I try different sounds for these events, it plays them, ie: the ringer. My alarm also works too. I can listen to iTunes music/songs and watch YouTube videos.

Any idea what has happened why phone event sounds (incoming calls, texts, keyboard, camera shutter) don't work but everything else does?
