where is the menu bar for itunes on my ipad pro

there is no menu bar option or way to show menu bar on an ipd pro installed itunes library

I think you are confusing iTunes on a computer with the iTunes Store app on your iPad. The iTunes app on a computer has a menu bar.

iTunes for Windows - Bottom Scrollbar not Visible while in My Device view I purchased a new Lenovo laptop in October of last year, and installed iTunes for Windows on it. Since then, when in My Device view in iTunes, the bottom/horizontal scroll bar is not visible. I did as suggested by several other sites to go into Windows Settings > Display and make sure scroll bars visible at all times was turned on, but this does not solve the problem. This is very inconvenient as I cannot sort content by various columns when creating playlists or other tasks on my phone or other devices. I attached some screen shots to help explain my problem.

Also, you need to using the Apple Music app and NOT iTunes Store app for music.
