Hello, we are two sisters with an age gap of three years, and we use iPhones with facial recognition, but our phones are not able to recognize the difference between our faces, what do you suggest for this problem?

One problem could be that the iPhone has both you and your sisters faces stores on it at the same time. If this is the case, delete both faces on your iPhone and do them again.
If you are really worried about your privacy, then you can turn off Face ID and just use a password instead.
