MGCgaming Ltd, Holding Accounts hostage after getting found out for misleading prices and requesting for refund

Voyage the grand fleet is the game created by this company. The story goes like this . i was playing this game and had started to feel out the game and made smaller purchases of $0.99 on accounts that i was not planning to go hard in, after a week or so i was ready and started in a new server and started buy packs,all this was fine UNTIL a week or so after i made my purchases i realised that only the cheapest priced pack in game was $0.99 the rest of their packs had additional "taxes" according to the customer service that replied me.

So $0.99 was charged $0.98 dollars getting you 6 in-game diamonds. but a pack that states it is $99 got charged for $150 and gave only 648 diamonds which means $0.99 for 4.32 diamonds. Isnt this obviously a scam and misleading pricing? so I requested a refund Which Apple has rejected. and this scummy company While the process of refund was still ongoing They Banned my account and even after the process has been rejected my account is still banned. What can i do now ? i dont need them to unban my account as i do not want to continue supporting this scam business practice and i got overcharged a few hundred dollars by them .
