Safari bug [2023]: There is an answer. Browser displays empty boxes instead of icons.

On any website, my browser display empty boxes where it should display icons (e.g., navigation icons, text formatting icons, etc.) I don't have this problem in other browsers. How do I fix this?

And I found a solution! I hope it will help others too!

If you have this button enabled, turn it off and reboot.
