Restore Backup

A message (iTunes could not restore the iPhone "Merna; iPhone because the password is incorrect) every time I try to restore a backup from the computer to my new iPhone.

It sounds like you had your backups through iTunes on your computer encrypted. Once these are set, they can be reset but won't help with older backups.


Prior to backing up in iTunes deselect "encrypt backups". This is for future purposes and will not help you with using the current backup. Unless you can remember that encrypted backup, you won't be able to use those.
