how can i get my passcode back to numeric? the passcode options are not available and the

I am unable to put in a numeric passcode as I am only able to put in an alphanumeric passcode.

The passcode options to change this are not available to me. I’ve tried other ways for the passcode options to appear but they have completely disappeared.

I am also unable to turn my passcode off as it is grayed out.

This is becoming an inconvenience and I would be grateful if someone would be able to provide to some assistance to resolve this.

If you have a business email account set up on your phone, the administrators can enforce policies on the device including passcode complexity.

If that’s the case, the only way around it is to completely remove the business account from the device.
