how do i get my phone out of SOS mode?

My phone is in SOS mode. I didn’t put it in that mode. How do I get it out of this SOS mode? It’s an iPhone 13 Pro.

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16

If you see No Service or Searching in the status bar on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular), your device isn't connected to a cellular network. If you see SOS or "SOS only" in the status bar, your device can still make emergency calls.

If you’re in SOS mode, you need to call your carrier. You have no signal. Or service for some reason.
