If your Apple ID says it's inactive you need to reach out for support from Apple directly ->  Get Support

2.

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need help from Apple support,  click -> contact Apple Support for help.

3.

  • If you want to change your card, you need to add first the new card, then remove the old card.
  • or if you use your Apple Account balance, you need to set your Apple Account balance as your default payment.

fyi: Not all credit & debit cards seem to work with App Store / iTunes Store, try a different one, or preferably a credit card. If your card is not accepted as a paymenf method, you need to contact your bank.

If you have followed all the steps and instructions and if you still need help, get support from Apple directly -> Get Support or call Apple in your region see -> Contact Apple for support and service or check -> here for more support and assistance.

If your account has been deactivated, there could be several reasons for it. To resolve this issue and reactivate your account, follow these steps:

1. Check for Notifications: Look for any emails or messages from the platform or service provider regarding the deactivation of your account. They may provide reasons or steps to reactivate it.

2. Review Community Guidelines: Review the platform's community guidelines or terms of service to ensure you have not violated any rules or policies. If you unknowingly violated any guidelines, make sure to rectify the issue.

3. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to the platform's customer support or help center. Explain the situation and inquire about the reason for the deactivation. They will guide you on the next steps to reactivate your account if possible.

4. Provide Necessary Information: If customer support requests any information to verify your identity or account ownership, promptly provide the required details.

5. Appeal if Applicable: Some platforms allow users to appeal a deactivation decision. If you believe your account was deactivated unfairly or due to a misunderstanding, submit an appeal through the appropriate channels.

6. Be Patient: Reactivating an account may take some time, especially if there are investigations involved. Be patient and cooperate with the platform's support team.

7. Review Your Activity: Take this time to review your past activity on the platform and ensure you follow all rules and guidelines going forward.

Remember to remain respectful and courteous while communicating with customer support. They are there to help you, and a polite approach can lead to a more positive resolution.
