No sound in lg smart tv for apple tv+

My apple tv+ app in my LG smart tv does not have any sounds. I have tried all possible troubleshooting incl.with guidance from apple support app but to no avail. Can anyone help me with this please

Apple TV plus has no sound through Amazon fire stick I have tried multiple times to follow all previous advice regarding resetting Apple TV etc. changing audio settings - I have even purchased a new fire stick / sound is on absolutely every other streaming site and app- nothing on Apple TV . No sound from JioCinema or JioTV app on Apple TV When playing content from JioCinema or JioTV app on Apple TV we are not able to hear any sound. All other apps work fine with proper video and audio. Any settings to be done for the apps? Does anyone have a solution to the problem? Regards,
