Help with refunds
I purchased a $6.99 for 276 virtual coin package from Bigo Live.
Immediately after the purchase I see the $6.99 charge and a $99.99 charge on my Apple history and my bank account. I see a $6.99 receipt from Bigo in my email but no receipt for the $99.99. I checked my Bigo account and i see the 276 virtual coins in the account for the $6.99 purchase but i don't see the 4,193 virtual coins for the $99.99 unrecognizable charge.
If Bigo is going to randomly charge me $99.99 without my permission then at least provide the product or service it is offering which is the 4,193 virtual coins. Bigo Live cannot steal my bank funds and not provide a product or service. They have been doing this to my account for months. I requested a refund from Bigo Live but they denied my request. I requested a refund from my bank and it was denied. I requested a refund from Apple and it was denied.
I have screenshots of my bank account, apple history, bigo account as evidence.
I also have screenshots of BigoLive customer service in app messages stating that they never charged me $108.61 but I also have screenshots of BigoLive receipts proving that they have charged me $108.61.
The refund section does not allow me to type all this information.
I need an email address where i can send all my screenshots and evidence so i can get a refund.
Someone please help.
