transferring data to my new ipad
When transferring data to my new ipad, half of my apps didn't come over. It shows the cloud icon next to the name but I get a message that states unable to install

It is quite possible that older apps have not been updated to work on your newer iPad. Developers often let older apps stay the same and do not update them. Check the App Store for newer versions of the missing apps.
