Hi, I’ve noticed my AirPods Pro are not playing sounds when I put the AirPods back in or put the case to charge. The option to enable sounds is on but greyed out. I tried factory reset but didn’t fix the issue. It starts making sounds but as soon as I connect them again with my phone it stops making sounds and the option is greyed out again.

Let's ensure that whatever device you're using the AirPods with is up to date. In this instance it appears you have them paired to your phone.
Make sure that the case is charged to 100%.
Open the case within 2 inches of the iOS device.
Dismiss the AirPods popup if it appears.
Navigate to Settings > AirPods Pro > Enable Charging Case Sounds should be adjustable.
