My credit card won’t work when I put info it says payment method declined and then I enter my password and it keeps putting me to the password screen and when I try to add a payment method it says contact Apple support and it says failed.

My credit card won’t work when I put in the info it says payment method declined and makes me put in my Apple ID password when I put it in it says failed and puts me back to the same screen and when I try to add a payment method it said contact Apple support and does not work

If your payment method is declined, you will need to supply a different payment method which works.


You usually need to have added a valid payment method to your account. Even to re-download or update apps and for free apps. You can find the acceptable payment methods for your country here;
