If you chose one color, and later decided that you wanted another one, that doesn't mean that there is anything defective about the phone that you bought. So no, you don't get a free warranty replacement.

The warranty covers manufacturers defects. It has nothing to do with you wanting to swap your phone for a different color.

Replacing your device is the cost of a new phone.
