Final Cut Pro Bugs and freezes making MacOS buggy and act weird

I am having issues with Final Cut Pro, it was completely fine last night and a couple of hours ago and now I am having crashing issues, weird bug issues and for some reason the playback freezes every now and again and I have to restart final cut? Also something weird is the whole of MacOS gets buggy sometimes I'm running on a 16 inch M2 Max 12c 38c cpu & gpu

I am using Motion Array Transitions and Presets if that is any help to solve the issue.

Which version of FCP?

Some users, not all, have reported serious issues with 10.6.7.

If the problem started right after updating, that may be it. Maybe you have your App Store settings to do automatic updates. which is a bad idea.

I've only recently updated to 10.6.7

But only yesterday I downloaded some of the Motion Array presets and I'm testing them for this video. Last night I didn't have any performance issues and I was still on 10.6.7 I believe

That's weird, Final Cut performs great now? I didn't do anything apart from go out for like an hour and a half.
