Watch frozen, unresponsive, flashing, spinning or steady  logo 

If the Apple Watch has stopped responding,I suggest performing a forced restart. Steps needed are found in the Apple Support article: Restart your Apple Watch - Apple Support 

i.e. press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.

I was not able to boot the iWatch because Apple logo was flashing even after hard boot and pressing crown. I have visited service center and other repair centre's but they could not address this issue.

I have decided to drain the battery completely, you won’t believe it took 24 days to see red snake and finally black screen.

Then I have kept watch on charger full night then I have removed watch from charger and hold the side button for few secs and followed the steps to address this issue.

Draining the battery is not advisable under any circumstances. Correct forced restart is

press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown together for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
