Shift key lock activated by keys N,H,Y,6 and F6

Shift key gets activated when you press keys N,H,Y,6 and F6 then pressing the key next to it in the row.

For example, pressing the key Y then T would activate the shift key, sometimes it would shift lock. This would activate on my average typing speed.

Y+T

Y+U

H+G

H+J

and so on...

these keys combinations triggers it.

and if I hold any of these two key combination. it would activate the shift lock.

I can only deactivate it by pressing any of the five keys.(N,H,Y,6.F6).

The Capslock key also activates the shift lock key and can only be deactivated by the 5 keys, so I disabled the Capslock key.

I have done NVRAM and SMC resets multiple times already. I also deleted the keyboard setting from the preference folder and restarted the mac did not solve anything.

Any idea how to fix this?
