Siri only works on my iPhone when I use the side button
I’ve gone through the Siri setup twice and it still doesn’t respond to my voice

If you've done everything the Related Article link at the top of this page recommends and "Hey Siri" still isn't working for you, the very last bullet is this:
- If Siri activates when you press the side or Home button, but doesn't activate when you say "Hey Siri," contact Apple Support.
