How can I transfer an app that is no longer available from one Apple ID to another

Hello, I recently found an old iPad that has a lot of games that are no longer available from the App Store. The problem is my old iPad has a different Apple ID than my current phone. Is there anyway to transfer apps that are no longer available from one Apple ID to another?

There is no way to transfer apps from one Apple ID to a device using another Apple ID. You can use Family Sharing to share purchases on 2 devices using separate ID's, but in your case this will not help since the Apps are no longer available to be downloaded on the App Store.
