My Apple Watch 4 will not allow me to use Siri. It trying it’s downloading a voice day after day after day. I have erased, re setup, changed multiple settings, everything I saw on other posts about this and no fix. I set my watch up again as a brand new watch. No download no back up. Same problem. Siri does not work.
Thx but that wasn’t it. It was trying to download a voice. So no voice at all on the watch, only on the phone.
However, after about 4 days of trying to download the voice and multiple tries at syncing. I ran the watch battery down completely and Then fully recharged it. Now Siri voice is working on my watch 🤷🏼♂️

If it is just the voice, try on the Watch, Settings, Siri, Siri responses, voice volume - speaker and increase it.
There should be a default voice installed.
