getting headaches from Imac sceens

I am getting headaches from prolonged Imac use; yes I know I have to give my eyes a rest

often, but I wonder if there is a setting to make headaches less frequent.

Hi there!

Dark Mode makes it easier to stay focused on your work, because your content stands out while darkened controls and windows recede into the background. I've found it also helps reduce eye strain. To learn more, see Use Dark Mode on your Mac - Apple Support.

Additionally, I use True Tone. True Tone technology matches the ambient light so that images appear more natural: Use True Tone on your Mac - Apple Support.

Night Shift is another feature that can help. Night Shift automatically shifts the colors of your display to the warmer end of the color spectrum after dark: Use Night Shift on your Mac - Apple Support.

Hope this helps!
