I’m getting so frustrated because anytime I pay for something in a game I get charged more than the actual price I initially thought. I just bought a game package for $9.99 yet I got charged $11 on my card? This isn’t the first time either, it’s every time. I’m about to stop using Apple Pay all together because that’s ridiculous.

One possibility -- do you have a sales tax in your location? $11 is approximately 10% more than $9.99 and could be a sales tax.
