Hello BeckyGYD,

If multiple devices are experiencing issues with disconnecting from the Wi-Fi in the home then it could indicate an issue with the network itself. In that type of case you may try reaching out to the manufacturer or the Internet Service Provider for guidance.

However, you may also try getting that isolated down further by seeing if the same devices disconnect from any other Wi-Fi networks.

For issues with an iOS device not connecting to Wi-Fi as expected the steps here may be able to help, particularly if it's affecting multiple networks: If your iPhone or iPad won't connect to a Wi-Fi network - Apple Support

The page will have further info on each step but will cover the following:

1. Make sure that your router is on and that you're within range
2. Make sure that Wi-Fi is on and that you can see your network
3. If asked, enter your Wi-Fi password
4. Check for issues with your Wi-Fi network
5. Check your cables and connections
6. Restart
7. Reset your network settings

Lastly, you may also find the settings that Apple recommends for Wi-Fi routers/access points here: Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Apple Support

Cheers.
