How to update iOS 14 in iPhone 6plus

There is no way to update an iPhone 6 Plus past iOS 12.5.7. It's a 9 year old iPhone, which is too old and too underpowered to run anything higher. If you need the newer iOS versions, then it's time to invest in a newer, more modern iPhone.

An iPhone 5s or iPhone 6 isn't capable of 13 or above; they require at least 2GB of RAM. To install 12.5.7, use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings.
