You can't remember your Apple ID password or the passcode that unlocks the screen?

If you forgot your Apple ID password if you are signed into another Apple device such as an iPad or MacBook you can go the settings in that device and reset the password if it's passcode or password protected. If that's not an option then you will need to do account recovery. You'll have to go to iforgot.apple.com to start the process.
