Tax free returns

Hi I bought e new phone that’s model is 14 pro as an online. I am not American citizen but I am working in USA. When I will come back to Turkey I want to tax free return. How can I do that? What do I need to return ?

I don't know whether Turkey will allow you to import items from the U.S. without paying customs duties or Value Added Tax. You'll need to ask the Turkish Government about what their policies are.
