Network Preference Error

I am facing problem in my MacBook Pro (2015 Intel based) with Network Preference. When I am going to connect WiFi, it shows "There was an error in Network Preference". I have tried to reinstall MacOs Operating system. But there, the WiFi options is not showing in the menu bar. I am not able to reinstall MacOs.

Kindly answer me with best solution. The attachment is the error image.

Hi,

Fix with Safe Mode

Restart your Macbook by holding down the Power button. When your Mac's switched off, hold down the Shift key. ...
Continue to hold down the Shift key until the Apple logo appears, then release the key.
Once your device is in a safe state, restart it once more to solve this preference error on Mac.

I tried this method as well and also I downloaded MacOS from a third-party website and reinstalled OS but still, it is not working. Is it a hardware problem?

Try to check your MacBook Pro with Apple Diagnostics if it reports network related hardware error.

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support

If it doesn't help or error is reported, contact Apple Support or take your MacBook Pro to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro there.
