I'm having some difficulty determining what it is you have lost.

You've listed an iPhone as your primary device, which would suggest that you have lost the telephone numbers that you saved on the iPhone.

If you have lost data (the telephone numbers), try opening the app you used to save them, then doing a search for one of the numbers you have placed there. Your search could be for the whole number (if you have one of them written down or known in your memory), or you could search using the three digits of the area code (or the similar region code used in your location).

If you have lost the Numbers app, you may need to download and install a new copy of the app from Apple's app store supporting the device you are using.
