Green pixels on M1 MacBook Pro (2020)

I noticed that my display has a cluster of random green pixels on the top half of the display. It doesn’t display on an external monitor. When taking a screenshot of it, it also doesn’t come up. It disappears when my screen turns off. I’ve restarted my MacBook many times and it still hasn’t disappeared. I also ran the diagnostic mode, which said it detected no issues. I’ve had this MacBook since January 2021.
