Can I co-sign for a card for my daughter who’s in college and have no credit or income at this time.

Credit cards are not an installment loan, like a mortgage or auto loan, where you may co-sign. Credit cards are a revolving loan. Revolving loans do not have co-signers.
If you want, you can apply for an Apple Card Mastercard and then add your daughter as a Participant.
