Pink pixels on my screen

Hello, two days ago, when I clicked on the screen sharing option in the Face Call program, my phone screen locked and turned off after a few seconds. After that, it showed pink dots and the screen turned completely pink. After a few seconds, it turned on completely normally and I could work with it, but it returned to the previous state and the dots and the pink screen and turned off. The restore message came on the mobile and I tried to update or restore, but both gave an error. After several attempts, it was reset by connecting to the laptop, but the pink pixels still appear with the Apple logo and turn on and off, and the screen locks on the Apple logo. What do you think is the problem? Is it a software or hardware problem?
