the microphone does not work during calls, the phone does not have access to it in the settings, how to fix it and what could be the reason? Below is a picture.

iphone's own apps like Phone do not need permission so there is no entry in privacy.
Try upping the volume with vol up button during an actual call.
Check the mic works in Voice Memos.
