Hey there Gitakulak,
Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities.
To get started, does this issue only occur when using WhatsApp to make a call? For example, if you receive a normal phone call or even a FaceTime audio call, does the issue occur then?
For a list of troubleshooting steps that can help with troubleshooting unexpected issues with CarPlay, check out this link here: If you need help with CarPlay - Apple Support
Make sure that your iPhone has the latest version of iOS. If your iPhone is updated to the latest version of iOS, follow these steps—checking CarPlay after each step:
1. Check your connection to your CarPlay stereo:
* If you have a wired connection, try connecting again with a different USB cable to a different USB port if you have one.
* If you have a wireless connection, make sure that Bluetooth is turned on on your iPhone under Settings > Bluetooth. Then go to Settings > Wi-Fi, and make sure that Wi-Fi is also turned on. Tap the CarPlay network, and check that Auto-Join is turned on.
2. If CarPlay doesn't activate automatically, look for the CarPlay logo on your car's display and select it.
3. Restart your iPhone and your car.
4. Make sure that Siri is on.
5. If your iPhone isn't detected by CarPlay, make sure that CarPlay isn't restricted. Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions. If Content & Privacy Restrictions is on, tap Allowed Apps, and make sure that CarPlay is enabled.
6. Go to Settings > General > CarPlay, tap your car, then tap Forget This Car. Then set up CarPlay again.
7. Make sure that your CarPlay stereo is using the latest firmware from the car manufacturer. Check your car's manual for more information.
If the issue is only occurring with WhatsApp, we'd also recommend working through the steps listed in this next link: If an app on your iPhone or iPad stops responding, closes unexpectedly, or won’t open - Apple Support
1. Close and reopen the app
Force the app to close. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.
2. Restart your device
Restart your iPhone or restart your iPad. Then open the app to see if it works as expected.
3. Check for updates
To see if updates are available for the app, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then scroll down to see if updates are available. If updates aren't available for the app, update the software on your iPhone or iPad.
4. Delete the app, then redownload it
Delete the app. When you do this, you might lose data that was stored in the app. Then redownload the app. Then check to see if the problem with the app is fixed.
While we understand you're not having issues with the app closing unexpectedly or not opening, the steps in the last link above can help with troubleshooting other unexpected issues with third-party apps as well.
Keep us updated on the results, and we'll continue from there.
Have a great day!
