Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and if your Mac model is recent enough, then on the download link for it.

You need one of these Macs to install Big Sur.

Yes, I have iMac 2019. I am having trouble with Adobe creative cloud apps now, but don't want Monterey or Ventura as I lose QB 2019 desktop for mac.
