Hi lgemo,
When you are having trouble with the microphone on your Apple Watch, first check to see if Water Lock is on How to use Water Lock and eject water from your Apple Watch as it can affect the use of the microphone.
If Water Lock is not on, check that the microphone is on by looking for the mic icon as seen here Status icons and symbols on Apple Watch. You can also see if your microphone is being reroute to a Bluetooth device by checking to see if any Bluetooth headphones or speakers are connected to the Apple Watch by following Connect Apple Watch to Bluetooth headphones or speakers.
If you don't have any Bluetooth headphones or speakers connected, see if this is isolated just to phone calls by testing the microphone on your Apple Watch by using Siri Use Siri on Apple Watch or dictating a message Send messages from Apple Watch.
