Someone charged to my account

Some charged to my account ...I dont have a credit card attached to it...yet they used my card...apple refunded charges but will not tell me who it was even though they said another person is on my account, that they can not disclose who it is because they have privacy rights...Im single and live alone ...I have given no one access how can they not provide me the info?..Its like lets help the thieves???

Pls follow the suggestions in here: If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

If your credit card has also been compromised, pls contact your credit card company and, if appropriate, the police.
